Prof. Savitri Jayant has 22 years of expertise in PG Level teaching, academics, industry and research. She has remarkable proficiency in the fields of Organisational Behaviour and HRM. She has a keen interest and inclination towards research in the specialised areas of General Management, OB, HRM, Leadership and CSR. Prof. Savitri Jayant is a recognized Research Guide of Andhra University for Ph.D and M.Phil scholars. She is also the panel external adjudicator for JNTU - Kakinada, for the conduct of MBA viva voce examination & project work evaluation. She has been a panel Corporate Trainer since 2009 for the public sector company NTPC Ltd- Simhadri Plant. She has participated and presented numerous research papers in National and International conferences and has also published research papers in National, International, and Scopus indexed journals Journals.

She has been awarded with certificate in recognition of successful completion of "Training of Trainers in Entrepreneurship Development", organized by National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, sponsored by Ministry of MSME, Government of India. Prof. Savitri Jayant is the recipient of "Senior Woman Educator and Scholar Award "in the 8th National Women's Day Awards 2021, on March 8 th 2021, by NFED Coimbathore. Prof. Savitri Jayant has chaired various international conferences as session/ track expert adjudicator.
