Started career with Larsen & Toubro ,as graduate engineer, after graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Allahabad in 1974. During the course of my career of 36 years with L&T, I worked in all parts of India and abroad in various roles and responsibilities and retired as General Manager in 2010. I was selected by L&T through ‘Management Leadership Programme to attend ‘Senior Management development Programme at IIM, Ahmadabad for taking senior positions. Rich experience of Industry in Marketing, Operations, Facilities Management, Manpower Management and general management. Insightful experience in handling assignments for setting up new-units and asset management.

Now leveraging my industry experience in teaching management students by sharing live Cases/real world examples and practical insights, thereby enabling them to face corporate world. Thus helping them to provide with a more comprehensive understanding of the field beyond textbooks.
