I have spent fifty years in corporate life – half a century of change, challenges and growth. Looking back, I realise that while industries evolve and technology transforms the way we work, certain fundamental truth remain constant: the value of integrity, the power of relationships and the necessity of adaptability.
The bulk of my experience has been with both private and public sectors companies handling huge projects & transportation of ODC ( odd dimension cargoes) namely; large transformers for BHEL transported to different parts of the country and over different terrain & ISRO satellites deftly manevoured and taken to the launching sites in odisha ( Chandipur) & AP. (Sriharikota).
Was also involved in bringing prototype fighter jet from Dassault, (France)and other defence items from Poland & Israel for Ministry of Defence ( MOD ) New Delhi.

Thus involving my self with every type of management studies like procurement, supply chain management, consumer behaviour and organisational effectiveness.
Some of my most valuable lessons came not from successes, but from challenges, managing crisis, adapting to new leadership styles.
