Dr. Kosaraju Sireesha is a UGC Net Qualified Assistant Professor with 8 years of experience, mentored more than 200 students, having taught Business Research Methods, Financial Technologies, Information Technology for Managers, Data Warehousing and Analysis, Introduction to Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Computers at IIAM. She has published Scopus, UGC- Care, Google Scholar-indexed papers on topics such as ZigBee Protocol, Internet of Things, Operational Intelligence Systems, and SMART STRATEGIES, and presented 4 research papers in international conferences and 2 research papers in international journals in 2025. She has also completed 11 faculty development programs in 2025 on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Industry 4.0, Blockchain, and Machine Learning, and has implemented digital transformation initiatives in academia and industry. Additionally, she is a member of several professional organizations, including the Global Institute for Education and Research (GIER) India, Global Directory of Educators and Researchers – an Initiative of International Institute of Organized Research (I2OR), and IFERP (Institute for Engineering Research and Publication).
