- M.Y. Koteswara Rao brings a wealth of industrial experience spanning 29 years and 4 months to our university. Joining as a Visiting Faculty in the Human Resources department, he specializes in Strategic HRM and Performance Management. Rao holds a B.Sc. for his undergraduate studies and pursued an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University for his postgraduate education. His extensive background encompasses various facets of HRM, acquired through hands-on experience in diverse organizational settings.
