Started career with Larsen & Toubro , Mumbai as graduate engineer, after graduation in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Allahabad in 1974. During the course of career growth of 36 years in L&T, I worked in all parts of India and abroad in various roles and responsibilities and retired as General Manager in 2010. Attended ‘Senior Management Programme’ at IIM, Ahmadabad while in L&T.
Selected by L&T for Management Leadership Programme (MLP) for taking senior positions. Rich experience of Industry in Marketing, General Management/Operations, Facilities Management, Manpower Management. Insightful experience in handling assignments for setting up new-units and asset management.
This experience has been an asset in teaching management students by sharing live CASES/PRACTICAL CONCEPTS thereby adding value and enabling them to face corporate world
