Mrs.Uma Sundari Dwibhashyam has a total of 23 years of teaching experience in which 13 years expertise in PG and UG Level teaching in management and research. She has remarkable proficiency in the fields of Human Resource management ,Organisational Behaviour and Industrial relations. She has a keen interest and inclination towards research in the specialised areas of Human Resource Management ,OB , Leadership and CSR.
She has participated and presented research papers in National and International conferences and also published research papers in National, International, and Scopus indexed journals Journals She submitted her thesis on CSR activities with reference to RINL, Visakhapatnam.
She has 7 years of experience in handling examination cell as controller of examinations. Being active and passionate she also handled various responsibilities in conducting fests and other extra curricular activies.
Teaching Interests: Interested in taking classes on HR subjects, Compensation management, Industrial Relations and also subjects like Professional Ethics and Principles of management.
